Q：Can I attend not being a furry?
A：Of course! Just bring your friendly attitude and a embracing heart, remember to follow our rules and have fun!
Q：Is it a fursuit only event?
A：Anyone is welcome with or without furusit and most of the con spaces are provided for both suiters and non-suiters.
Q：Do I need to reserve the hotel room in order to attend the convention?
A：The hotel room is a solution for the accommodation problems when attending the convention and convenient for fursuiter to change the clothes. Thus reserving a room is not compulsory to enjoy the convention!
Q：Can I register on site?
A：No. We are only taking pre-registration for the event in order to properly manage and plan it with known number of attendees, therefore onsite registration won't be available at this time.
Q：Are there designated meal time during this event?
A：There won't be a designated meal time but attendees can leave and reenter the venue freely with con badge, so feel free to find food with your own time.
Q：Are pets allowed?
A：No. We love pets but in order to maintain the cleanness of the venue please do not bring your pet to the event.
Q：Can I purchase event souvenir after the con?
A：Souvenir can only be purchased upon registration or onsite.
Q：If natural disaster should occur such as hurricane, will the event still going?
A：We may change the day or even cancel the event if any situation comes up that directly impacts us, and we would indefinite get the words out for anything like this ahead.
Q：I won't be able to attend the con, can I give or resell my membership to others?
A：Sorry, but memberships are non-transferrable. You are entitled to a full refund one month before of the event date. After passing the one month deadline, we will be unable to issue any refunds.
Q：For any reasons I can't make it to the con, can I get a refund?
A：Full refund can be made if you cancel your registration one month before of the event date. But no refund will be issued for absent attendees without prior notification or pass the one month deadline.
Q: If I am unable to attend Infurnity, can I please make a request to have everything I could have picked up at the con mail to me instead?
A: Yes, but please understand that due to the fact our resources are very limited (such as man power, packaging and everything paid prior to the con etc.), we won't be able to refund you the registration fees.
