6/15 12:00 PM – Reservation opens for rooms on the Quiet Floor of the main hotel. Once full, reservation will close early without prior notice.
6/22 12:00 PM – Reservation opens for rooms on the regular floors of the main hotel. Once full, reservation will close early without prior notice.
6/29 12:00 PM – Reservation opens for the racing-themed rooms at the annex. Once full, reservation will close early without prior notice.
7/01 12:00 PM – Open waiting list for room reservations .
10/01 00:00 – Deadline for room cancellations, refunds, changes in occupancy, or duration. After the deadline, only room transfers will be accepted.

Quiet Floors Rooms
Starting last year, Infurnity features a new category of rooms called Quiet Floors Rooms to provide attendees with a more restful and comfortable choice.
We ask that guests staying on the Quiet Floors please keep their voice down, maintain a low volume at night, and walk quietly. If you plan to have private gatherings, small parties, or play games in the rooms, we recommend choosing a room on the regular floors instead.
The room types offered on the Quiet Floors are Superior Family Room and Japanese Family Room.
The reservation period for the Quiet Floors Rooms will be announced soon and reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Afterwards, rooms available for reservation will be on regular floors.
Please pay attention to the project name when booking, and please comply with the rules of the Quiet Floors Rooms when checking in. After booking, you may not request to change floors.
Quiet Floors Rooms are limited in quantity and will not be available again once fully booked.
Accommodation Regulations
The reservation offer is exclusive to those who have completed this year’s Infurnity registration.
All attendees who stay at the Fullon Hotel will receive an commemorative Infurnity room key card and door hanger.
By showing your Infurnity con badge, you will receive a 10% discount on hotel dining services.
Each attendee can only reserve one room.
Full accommodation deposit is required upon booking. If additional guests, or nights are needed, please contact the hotel and settle the payment within 7 days.
During the reservation period, once the rooms are fully booked, the reservation will be closed in advance without further notice.
After paying the deposit for the reservation, if you need to cancel, change any dates, or the number of guests, please contact the hotel before 10/01. After the deadline, only room transfers will be accepted, and the original booker must provide the transferee’s information.
The reservation plan is a special agreement signed between Infurnity and the hotel. The reservation rules are subject to the announcement of Infurnity and are not governed by individual standard contract terms.
Residents may check-in after 16:00, and must check-out before 12:00. If checking-in after 18:00, you must notify the hotel by phone, otherwise, the room will not be reserved.
Additional charges incurred during the stay at the hotel (such as meals, facility usage fees, etc.) must be settled on-site and are not included in the room bill.
The hotel is smoke-free, and smoking is prohibited throughout the premises, including restaurants, guest rooms, balconies, and public areas. Violators will be fined NT$10,000 in accordance with the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act.
Please be mindful of any postings on the room door and avoid damaging the surface or leaving any residue.
Guests are fully responsible for any damage to hotel facilities and decorations. If there is any situation that causes damage or overly dirties the facilities, the repair and cleaning costs may be charged on the guest depending on the situation (e.g. vomiting NT$5000 per location).
No selling or charging activities are allowed in the room, including selling alcoholic beverages, food and drink, items, or collecting admission fees. If discovered, an additional fee of NT$30,000 per room will be charged by the hotel.
According to the Narcotics Hazard Prevention Act, if the hotel discovers anyone suspected of using or possessing drugs in the room, the hotel is obligated to report to the local police agency.
Please pay attention to your noise level and maintain order when holding small gatherings in the room. If other guests report noise level or other disturbances, or if the operation of the hotel or Infurnity is affected and is verified by the hotel or con staff, the gathering may be canceled and disbanded. Serious cases may affect an offender’s permission to attend Infurnity or stay at the hotel in the future.
Guests can use leisure facilities for free: Gym, Hot Spring Sauna, Swimming Pool and Children’s Playground.
Pets are currently not allowed to stay or dine in the hotel. The hotel only provides a simple pet storage area.
Guest parking is free. The hotel’s underground parking lot does not have reservations and is first-come, first-served.
Shuttle bus service is available by reservation only. Due to the limited number of seats, if the shuttle bus is fully booked, the hotel may reschedule your reservation to a different time or suggest taking public transportation.
On-site pricing will take precedence for other goods and services not covered in this policy.
Special cancellation policy for hotel reservations (due to uncontrollable factors): If the guest’s scheduled stay is affected by a typhoon or earthquake, as announced by the local government, the guest should contact the hotel by phone to confirm changes or cancellation of the reservation. The hotel will make every effort to reschedule the reservation within a period of three months from the original stay date, subject to availability and limited to one rescheduling.
Once the reservation confirmation is signed by both parties, they are obligated to comply with the terms and conditions. If the guest fails to fulfill their responsibilities, the hotel will not refund the deposit and may seek compensation for any resulting losses.
By checking in, the guest agrees to allow Fullon Hotel to collect, process, and use their personal data within the scope of business operations and promotion. The hotel will only use the data for marketing purposes, improving service quality, and communicating with customers.
Reservations obtained through improper means will be canceled.
Account holders who use improper means to make reservations will be recorded and affect the rights of future reservations.
