嘿！你也是第一次嗎？

第一次參加獸迷聚會活動嗎? 不知道該如何參與我們所舉辦的活動嗎？參加獸聚一個最重要的理由之一，就是離開電腦螢幕，面對面認識其他獸迷同好們，並且盡情享受熱情友善的氛圍！

這裡我們將提示您要如何做好【心態調適】與【行前準備】，並且了解在【前往會場】後，在【會場活動】中需要注意的【活動禮節】。

心態調適

我們也經歷過第一次，所以我們知道身為初次獸聚的參加者，想必是既期待又怕受傷害吧！關於這點，我們有一些過來人的建議想與您分享。

開放的心態

  • 真誠分享：獸聚活動的參加者，多半都對於獸迷抱持著包容友善的態度，所以您只需要發自內心與他人分享您的愛好即可。說不定能在分享的過程當中，結識與您的愛好相近的朋友喔！
  • 接納異同：在聆聽其他朋友分享喜好的時候，您會發現獸迷同好的喜好相當多元！也許有些喜好您不太熟悉，但請帶著您的好奇心去理解看看活動內的新事物、不同的毛毛／繪畫風格與審美、不同的自我展現方式、以及不同的同好圈。您不需要喜歡活動內所有的事物才能被稱作是獸迷同好，但也希望您能理解獸迷愛好是多元的。尊重不同想法，但也不需要過度否定自己的看法，請從中找到一個您最舒適的平衡。

 

讓自己處在最佳狀態

  • 生理健康：透過充足的睡眠、適時補充水份與營養，以及攜帶個人的常備藥物（腸胃藥、維他命等），您便有十足的精神去享受活動所帶來的樂趣！
  • 乾淨整潔：出門／出飯店房間前，將自己的外觀打理好。也可以沖沖澡，感受自己最清潔的狀態。喜歡乾淨的自己，然後一起來參與活動吧！
  • 應對狀況：突發狀況在所難免。可以事先考慮好可能的突發狀況，並且預想好應對方案。如此，對於突如其來的變化／意外（例如約不到人、活動時間的衝突、錢包不見了、活動中間的空檔不知道要做甚麼），也能夠應變自如喔！

 

對自我的充分認知

  • 為什麼：想想自己參加獸聚的目的是什麼：是想要參加哪些活動嗎？是想要與網路上熟識的朋友初次見面嗎？是有心儀的繪師／毛毛會參加獸聚嗎？還是想要先試試水溫，默默觀察這場盛會呢？當您在活動前或者活動的當下有些迷惘的時候，不妨喘口氣，回想一下參加的目的，然後好好享受接下來的活動吧！
  • 怎麼做：可以根據自己的目的，先為自己的行程做出規劃以及面對突發狀況所對應的替代方案。這樣一來，即便是初來乍到活動會場，也就不會過於驚慌失措囉！

行前準備

獸無限是個跨周末的活動。如果您有住宿的打算，您會需要打包額外的行李。為了即將到來的美好旅程，行前的準備工作還是必要的。為自己準備一個檢查清單，出發之前就不會慌亂。一起來看看吧！

出遠門的必需品

  • 口罩：根據 最新政府防疫規範（2023/08/15），活動會場內若遇人潮聚集且無法保持適當距離或通風不良時，建議要戴口罩。活動方不會主動要求或勸導佩戴口罩，但活動參加者可考量自身需求佩戴口罩。
  • 現金：這次出遠門會有哪些花費？可能有坐高鐵、坐捷運、坐計程車的錢，可能有早午晚餐、飲食的錢，在會場購買紀念品、商品的錢，使用會場附近設施的錢，等等。除了這些花費之外，也別忘了可以考慮另外多準備一些錢急用金，以備不時之需。
  • 提款卡：除了現金之外，提款卡也是另一種選擇。除了飯店內部土地銀行的 ATM 之外，飯店周圍也有國泰世華、台新等銀行的 ATM。在身上不方便攜帶大量現金的情況下，可以多加利用飯店附近的 ATM。
  • 有效身分證件或護照：在活動報到的時候，我們會需要您的身分證或者護照來進行報名身份驗證。如果沒有攜帶的話，我們就無法讓您參與我們的活動了！
  • 個人藥品：如果有過敏症狀或者其他痼疾，記得隨身攜帶個人所需的藥物。
  • 鑰匙：家裡鑰匙、車鑰匙。
  • 足夠的盥洗衣物：由於獸無限活動橫跨周末，如果已經打算好要在淡水多玩幾天的話，記得要帶足夠的衣物喔。玩得盡興之餘，保持個人的衛生與整潔也是相當重要的！

整理行李

除了上述的必需品之外，您可能也會考慮攜帶下面的物品：

  • 電器類：電壓或插頭轉換器（台灣電壓為110V，如果您來自其他國家，請留意電壓與插頭形狀）、延長線、手機、行動電源、相機工具（相機包、鏡頭、記憶卡、電池、備用電池、備用記憶卡）、⋯⋯
  • 毛毛相關工具：散熱工具（風扇）、修補工具（針線包或熱融槍等）、清潔保養（稀釋酒精、噴霧器、毛刷與滾筒黏毛紙）、排汗衣物（多套頭巾、換洗衣物）、加長吸管、⋯⋯
  • 角色名牌：在網路上認識的朋友可能不知道真實長相，而只知道對方的角色模樣（獸設）。這個時候角色名牌就派上用場啦！您可以自己設計或者委託繪師製作角色名牌，將自己角色的模樣以及角色名字畫在上面，讓其他人更容易一眼認出您喔！
  • 筆記本／塗鴉本：筆記本除了可以用來紀錄自己的行程規劃之外，也可以作為與朋友交流時的塗鴉繪圖的媒介。

關於訂房與退房

  • 訂房優惠：我們在官網，「訂房資訊」中有詳細的訂房流程。這邊要特別注意的是，因為與飯店合作的關係，無法透過其他管道比如第三方線上訂房網站或者旅行社來訂房喔。其餘規定請參見「訂房說明事項」的說明。
  • 退房與行李寄放：飯店退房時間是隔日中午十二點。由於我們無法為參加者保管行李，所以如果您的行李比較多的話，請先考慮好退房後行李寄放的問題。關於行李寄放的安排方面，如果您沒有預算與時間的問題，我們推薦周五入住，周一退房，一共入住三個晚上。如此可避免退房後活動尚未結束，行李卻無處可安置的困擾。

關於交通

  • 前往飯店：請參見「會場飯店」的說明。
  • 當天來回：不想要錯過精彩的開幕嗎？擔心領證的隊伍大排長龍嗎？特別提醒當天前往會場的參加者，記得把通勤時間納入時間考量喔！同時回程的時候也記得留意大眾交通工具末班車時間。開開心心出遊，平平安安回家！

行前確認

  • 訂房確認：房間確定有訂到了嗎？或者預計同房的朋友是不是有訂到房了？入住退房日期正確嗎？如果是借住朋友家的話，有事先與朋友確認過了嗎？訂房的日期是否有與自己的行程規劃一致？
  • 交通確認：高鐵／台鐵／客運票訂到了嗎？回程的車票也訂到了嗎？出發以及到達時間與日期正確嗎？如果是與朋友共乘的話，有事先與朋友確認過了嗎？如果是國外的朋友，機票以及機場到活動會場的接駁方式確認過了嗎？詳細的飯店交通資訊請參考「會場飯店」。
  • 行程確認：有看過「活動時間表」了嗎？有預計想要參加哪些活動嗎？有沒有與朋友相約好在什麼時間進行什麼活動呢？這些活動的時間有沒有衝突呢？有衝突的話，已經做好取捨了嗎？自己的體力與精力能夠參與多少活動，有衡量好了嗎？

前往會場

COVID-19（武漢肺炎）專區

  • 入境規定：
    • 入境旅客只需進行7天自主健康管理，無需居家檢疫；有症狀時以快篩試劑檢驗即可，無需通報。（參考資料來源：疾病管制署）
  • 防疫措施：
    • 根據最新政府防疫規範（2023/08/15），活動會場內若遇人潮聚集且無法保持適當距離或通風不良時，建議要戴口罩。活動方不會主動要求或勸導佩戴口罩，但活動參加者可考量自身需求佩戴口罩。

非洲豬瘟專區

目前台灣正處於非洲豬瘟防疫期間，因此針對來自非洲豬瘟疫區的參加者，請特別注意攜帶的行李是否含有豬肉類相關製品。目前檢疫署針對攜帶豬肉類製品的旅客，初次攜帶未主動宣告者，處以新台幣 20 萬元罰鍰；再犯者處以新台幣 100 萬元罰鍰。（資料來源：官方非洲豬瘟資訊專區）

  • 那我的土產能帶來台灣嗎？
    • 可以攜帶：含豬油、含豬骨熬煮高湯之食品（糕點、火鍋湯底等）、含乾燥肉粉包之調理食品
    • 有條件攜帶：罐頭食品需符合以下五點條件。包裝之容器應完全密閉、商品經高溫處理、可存放於室溫、不可含有防腐劑、應含有適量湯汁。
    • 建議不攜帶：泡麵含肉量太多，不易判斷是否安全。
    • 不得攜帶：肉鬆、肉品與含肉食品（包含香腸、臘肉、火腿、培根、肉鬆、肉丸、肉包、蛋捲等）。若不慎攜帶，須主動申報以免受罰。
  • 關於疫區國家：
    • 來自疫區國家的旅客一律於檢疫時檢查行李。
      詳細疫區列表請參考官方公布一覽表。

國外參加者注意事項

  • 行李規定：請參考桃園國際機場之行李攜帶規定。同時也請參考您訂購機票所屬航空公司網頁，或者與所屬航空公司洽詢。
  • 防疫規定：請詳細閱讀前述「COVID-19（武漢肺炎）專區」與「非洲豬瘟專區」內容。

關於大眾運輸

  • 電子票證：持有悠遊卡、一卡通、iCash，可搭乘以下交通工具
    • 台北市公車、新北市公車、台北捷運、桃園捷運、台鐵（台鐵指定車種無法使用電子票證）
  • 交通指引：請參閱飯店官網了解各項接駁車時間
  • 付費接駁：飯店有提供付費接駁（房客免費）的服務。可透過電話預約。詳情請參考「會場飯店」的資訊。

關於停車

  • 飯店車位：開車前往會場的朋友，飯店附有地下停車場，房客入住期間可享免費停車。因為車位有限，所以敬請把握交通時間，儘早到達會場。
  • 替代方案：如果飯店車位已滿，附近有數家付費停車場可利用。如需要停在飯店以外的停車場時，在抵達會場的時候，可先開至飯店門口，讓行李與同行朋友先行下車，再前往停車場將車停妥。詳細停車場資訊請參考「會場飯店」的資訊。

會場活動

參考流程

  • 入住：有住宿的朋友，可以先在飯店櫃台辦理入住手續，將行李安置好之後，就可以輕輕鬆鬆跟朋友打招呼啦！
  • 領證：記得在獸無限櫃台領取活動識別證喔！沒有識別證的話就不能參加任何活動了⋯⋯。
  • 活動參與：根據自己事先決定好的行程，參與這次的活動。您沒有辦法分身，所以同一個時段裡只能夠參加一個活動喔！

飲食

  • 飯店內：如果肚子餓需要覓食的話，飯店內主要的用餐地點可以考慮飯店自助餐吧（田園咖啡廳）、中式與日式餐廳，以及甜點下午茶（大廳咖啡廳）。
  • 飯店外：走路10分鐘即可抵達Outlet Mall，各式餐廳與美食街提供參加者美食享受。

健康與安全

  • 參加者的注意事項：
    • 飯店櫃檯有急救包，如有需要請洽飯店人員協助。
    • 請遵守現場人員指揮，以利我們安排人員與動線的管控。
    • 擁有充足睡眠與飲食，才能夠盡情享受活動的美好喔！
  • 穿毛的注意事項：
    • 如果需要休息，或者補充水份，可以多加利用毛毛脫頭休息室，或者毛毛更衣室。以避免熱衰竭或中暑。
    • 穿毛後視線會比較差，移動時請盡可能留意周圍之環境。如有需要，可請小幫手（馬內）協助。

飯店設施

  • 尊重其他房客：飯店仍有其他參加者可能需要休息，所以請不要喧嘩或製造困擾影響其他參加者。
  • 房間邀約：非住宿的參加者，未經邀約請不要私自進入房間區域。
  • 使用公共設施：飯店提供的各項公共設施，如游泳池、三溫暖、健身房等，非獸無限活動範圍，請遵守飯店規定正當使用。
  • 維護飯店整潔：請參加者與我們一同維持飯店活動空間的整潔，不要嘔吐、便溺，或者製造髒亂喔！

常見違規

盡情參加活動之餘，也要遵守我們的活動規定喔！如果不遵守規定的話，會影響您的參加權利。完整的詳細規定請參考「活動」＞「規範與須知」。

  • 識別證：請隨時將官方正式識別證配掛於顯眼之處，以配合活動會場入口工作人員的查驗。
  • 吸煙：飯店全館禁菸。
  • 酒精飲料：活動區域不可飲用任何酒精性飲料，僅可在房間內飲用。
  • 垃圾：請發揮公德心，將隨身垃圾棄置於垃圾桶。
  • 充電：不可使用會場內電源插座。
  • 空拍機：麗寶度假區全區域不得使用空拍機。
  • 攝影：
    • 活動中所拍攝的影音照片只能作為個人使用，如有額外需求請透過 Email 向我們徵詢同意：infurnity@gmail.com。
    • 活動現場不可使用手機等任何設備進行直播，但戶外區域不在此限。
    • 活動現場內之任何講座與活動如未經現場當事者或我們同意，不可全程錄影錄音，以維護參加者的權益。
    • 毛毛表演與樂團表演時段，可以錄影但不可直播。
    • 毛毛更衣室與脫頭室內禁止拍攝。
    • 於活動現場所拍攝的影片必須經過後製（保護參加者隱私），在活動結束後方可上傳分享。
  • 道具規範：
    • 基於安全考量，室內活動空間請不要攜帶長度超過一公尺的道具、金屬製、尖銳具傷害性武器或擬真類槍械。
    • 若有玩具槍或其他射擊玩具，請以拍照為主，嚴禁填彈與射擊。
  • 服裝規範：
    • 獸無限希望能夠為參加者營造舒適的活動環境，因此我們希望參加者在穿著上與其他參加者一同營造普遍級的氛圍。
    • 參加者於活動期間，穿著應避免違反善良風俗，如暴露、凸顯性器官等。且應避免造成爭議、誤會之穿著與行為。
    • 獸無限保有服裝規範之最終解釋。
  • 毛毛更衣室與脫頭室：
    • 僅供毛毛扮演者使用，一般參加者（含小幫手／馬內）禁止進出。
    • 毛毛更衣室與脫頭室內禁止拍攝。

活動禮節

電梯禮儀

  • 搭電梯時請禮讓毛毛：毛毛的著裝者視線不如我們一般參加者清晰，所以請記得給他們充足的移動空間喔！另外，長時間著裝也會使他們身體過熱，所以還是趕緊禮讓他們先回房間休息吧！
  • 搭電梯時先下後上：有搭過捷運車廂嗎？這裡的道理也是一樣的喔！而且電梯裡沒有座位，所以不用搶著先上電梯啦！大家都有得站喔。

 

與人互動禮儀

  • 尊重他人身體的界線：不是每個人都喜歡在公開場合抱抱（或者摸頭等等）喔！還是先詢問過對方確認一下可不可以抱抱吧？
  • 互動前請先察言觀色：在會場裡發現有許多擁有相同喜好的朋友，總是會令人按耐不住想要趕緊分享，或者太緊張了不知道該怎麼辦才好！不用擔心！當您確定很想要跟某位朋友聊天的時候，可以先觀察看看對方是否方便聊天。如果看不出來的話，不妨有禮貌地詢問對方是否有空！另外，準備好簡單易懂的自我介紹，也能夠在聊天時讓對方比較快能進入狀況喔！
  • 笑臉迎人有禮貌：無論是初次見面的聊天、與期待已久的繪師、毛毛見面，或者遇到困難需要協助，別忘了，沒有人能夠抗拒真誠有禮貌的笑容！反過來說，面帶微笑，有禮貌地拒絕邀約或者抱抱，也更能夠展現您的友善與風度！
  • 毛毛 ≠ 蹭蹭：很驚訝嗎？其實並不是所有毛毛都喜歡抱抱呢！請務必根據與一般人互動的常識，不要隨意碰觸毛毛的身體部位喔！如果想要抱抱的話，最好先與毛毛或者身邊的小幫手（馬內）確認，相信經過了他們的同意，您可以更安心地與毛毛互動！
  • 注意自身行為：飯店仍有其他房客入住休息，請不要喧嘩或製造其他房客的困擾喔！也請不要佔用公共空間，影響行人與毛毛的通行喔！

 

珍惜活動環境

  • 請不吝嗇給予工作人員讚美：我們的工作人員從活動的籌劃到執行，皆為自願幫忙沒有支薪，都是為了提供給大家最美好的服務！希望大家多給予工作人員鼓勵，他們會很感謝您的讚美的！
  • 愛護飯店環境：在感受賓至如歸的飯店服務同時，也請愛惜飯店與客房的優質環境喔！飯店的服務人員以及清潔人員會很感謝您的用心！

Reservation Open Timeline (GMT+8)

  • 6/01 00:00 – Con registration opens. Anyone who registered for the Limited “Honor Sponsor” will have priority to reserve any room type at the main hotel.
  • 6/15 12:00 PM – Reservation opens for rooms on the Quiet Floor of the main hotel. Once full, reservation will close early without prior notice.
  • 6/22 12:00 PM – Reservation opens for rooms on the regular floors of the main hotel. Once full, reservation will close early without prior notice.
  • 6/29 12:00 PM – Reservation opens for the racing-themed rooms at the annex. Once full, reservation will close early without prior notice.

Quiet Floors Rooms

  • Starting last year, Infurnity features a new category of rooms called Quiet Floors Rooms to provide attendees with a more restful and comfortable choice. 
  • We ask that guests staying on the Quiet Floors please keep their voice down, maintain a low volume at night, and walk quietly. If you plan to have private gatherings, small parties, or play games in the rooms, we recommend choosing a room on the regular floors instead.
  • The room types offered on the Quiet Floors are Superior Family Room and Japanese Family Room.  
  • The reservation period for the Quiet Floors Rooms will be announced soon and reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Afterwards, rooms available for reservation will be on regular floors.
  • Please pay attention to the project name when booking, and please comply with the rules of the Quiet Floors Rooms when checking in. After booking, you may not request to change floors.
  • Quiet Floors Rooms are limited in quantity and will not be available again once fully booked.

Accommodation Regulations

  • The reservation offer is exclusive to those who have completed this year’s Infurnity registration.
  • All attendees who stay at the Fullon Hotel will receive an commemorative Infurnity room key card and door hanger.
  • By showing your Infurnity con badge, you will receive a 10% discount on hotel dining services.
  • Each attendee can only reserve one room.
  • Full accommodation deposit is required upon booking. If additional guests, or nights are needed, please contact the hotel and settle the payment within 7 days.
  • During the reservation period, once the rooms are fully booked, the reservation will be closed in advance without further notice.
  • After paying the deposit for the reservation, if you need to cancel, change any dates, or the number of guests, please contact the hotel before 10/01. After the deadline, only room transfers will be accepted, and the original booker must provide the transferee’s information.
  • The reservation plan is a special agreement signed between Infurnity and the hotel. The reservation rules are subject to the announcement of Infurnity and are not governed by individual standard contract terms. 
  • Residents may check-in after 16:00, and must check-out before 12:00. If checking-in after 18:00, you must notify the hotel by phone, otherwise, the room will not be reserved.
  • Additional charges incurred during the stay at the hotel (such as meals, facility usage fees, etc.) must be settled on-site and are not included in the room bill.
  • The hotel is  smoke-free, and smoking is prohibited throughout the premises, including restaurants, guest rooms, balconies, and public areas. Violators will be fined NT$10,000 in accordance with the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act.
  • Please be mindful of any postings on the room door and avoid damaging the surface or leaving any residue.
  • Guests are fully responsible for any damage to hotel facilities and decorations. If there is any situation that causes damage or overly dirties the facilities, the repair and cleaning costs may be charged on the guest depending on the situation (e.g. vomiting NT$5000 per location).
  • No selling or charging activities are allowed in the room, including selling alcoholic beverages, food and drink, items, or collecting admission fees. If discovered, an additional fee of NT$30,000 per room will be charged by the hotel.
  • According to the Narcotics Hazard Prevention Act, if the hotel discovers anyone suspected of using or possessing drugs in the room, the hotel is obligated to report to the local police agency.
  • Please pay attention to your noise level and maintain order when holding small gatherings in the room. If other guests report noise level or other disturbances, or if the operation of the hotel or Infurnity is affected and is verified by the hotel or con staff, the gathering may be canceled and disbanded. Serious cases may affect an offender’s permission to attend Infurnity or stay at the hotel in the future.
  • Guests can use leisure facilities for free: Gym, Hot Spring Sauna, Swimming Pool and Children’s Playground.
  • Pets are currently not allowed to stay or dine in the hotel. The hotel only provides a simple pet storage area.
  • Guest parking is free. The hotel’s underground parking lot does not have reservations and is first-come, first-served. 
  • Shuttle bus service is available by reservation only. Due to the limited number of seats, if the shuttle bus is fully booked, the hotel may reschedule your reservation to a different time or suggest taking public transportation. 
  • On-site pricing will take precedence for other goods and services not covered in this policy.
  • Special cancellation policy for hotel reservations (due to uncontrollable factors): If the guest’s scheduled stay is affected by a typhoon or earthquake, as announced by the local government, the guest should contact the hotel by phone to confirm changes or cancellation of the reservation. The hotel will make every effort to reschedule the reservation within a period of three months from the original stay date, subject to availability and limited to one rescheduling.
  • Once the reservation confirmation is signed by both parties, they are obligated to comply with the terms and conditions. If the guest fails to fulfill their responsibilities, the hotel will not refund the deposit and may seek compensation for any resulting losses.
  • By checking in, the guest agrees to allow Fullon Hotel to collect, process, and use their personal data within the scope of business operations and promotion. The hotel will only use the data for marketing purposes, improving service quality, and communicating with customers.
  • Reservations obtained through improper means will be canceled.
  • Account holders who use improper means to make reservations will be recorded and affect the rights of future reservations.
